This is a catalogue of an exhibition co-organized by the Guangdong Provincial Museum and the Art Museum, The Chinese University of Hong Kong. The 110 pieces of Chinese paintings by members of the Guangdong Painting Society are selected firstly from the two museums, and supplemented by items from the Hong Kong Museum of Art. Two lengthy introductory essays are contributed by Zhu Wanzhang of the Guangdong Provincial Museum and Chen Yafei of The Chinese University of Hong Kong.  With 110 catalogued paintings in color, biographies of the artists and bibliography. Bilingual in traditional Chinese and English.
