In French, with some Latin.  Facsimiles of three substantial volumes on missions undertaken in Cochinchina, which were originally published in 1923 by the Societe des Missions-Etrangeres, Paris.  These dense reports, letters and other documents sent by the bishops and priests working in Cochinchina between 1658 and 1823 offer unique information on the political, social and religious circumstances of the area, which was then the focus of French colonial as well as spiritual activity.  The summary biographies of deceased missionaries give some insight into their remarkable lives.
