In these 13 referenced papers, specialist scholars from European and Malaysian universities offer many perspectives on socio-economic issues which relate to the development and future of Europe-Malaysia relations. Six papers deal with aspects of foreign policy, economics, finance, trade and higher education. The next six papers explore events relating to history, gender, human rights and multiculturalism and consider many ideas issues of immediate relevance in both Malaysia and Europe.
