These 12 specialist were given at the 2005 New Delhi seminar which initiated new efforts to promote more scholarly and cultural linkages between India and Thailand. Scholars from both countries explore historical and ongoing linkages in the history, religions, languages, art-archaeology-architecture, scientific, trade, and technology development of the two countries since the 13th-century establishment of the Thai state.
