This illustrated hardback presents the 2008 report of UNDP international consultants on the planning of the proposed Natural History of Malaysia. These are descriptive and comparative accounts of selected local and international natural history museums as well as discussion of short-term and long-term roles to be played by the proposed institution. A development plan is outlined. Natural history scientists in Malaysia (2008) are identified and the project team's plans noted.
