First published in 1988, The Course of the Seeker has become recognised as a major document in twentieth-century Sufism. Omar Ali-Shah is a member of a distinguished family of Sufi teachers. This is a collection of edited transcripts of him talking to his pupils and laying down a baseline of references that can be incorporated into readers' own way of thinking. This edition contains five chapters not included in the original edition.
