Since 1966, the Neka Art Museum at Ubud has become one of Bali's most important tourist features. This illustrated study of the museum's significance in the tourist industry looks at its aims, how it is run, the attendance patterns, associated facilities, and the motivations of visitors. Contemporary thinking about museums in tourism is brought into the study by the author who is a researcher at the Southern Cross University School of Tourism and Hospitality Management of Australia.
