Shipping & Returns

Purchaser bears outward shipping/delivery costs and local taxes. Our shipping/delivery charges are based on actual weight-based rates.

Due to problems that we have faced previously with surface mail, particularly in terms of tracking and reliability, we only offer air mail shipment.

Shipping addresses

As we use trackable air mail shipping, we are generally unable to ship to PO boxes. Exceptions may be made for countries where PO boxes are the norm.

Returns/Refunds/Exchange/Claims policy

All sales are final. No returns, refunds or exchanges will be entertained EXCEPT for the following circumstances:

Your books arrive damaged
Wrong titles are supplied
Non-receipt of books due to wrong address being supplied by Select Books to the postal or courier service

In instances of damage, Select Books will require the customer to send back the cover and title page. Please inform us before undertaking the return.

Please note that as we will make every effort to confirm the shipping address with the customer before shipping the order, we will not be able to provide a refund in the event that the customer does not receive the order due to: the wrong address being supplied by the customer; when the shipment arrives but is unclaimed; or when the customer is not available to receive the book from the postal or courier service despite repeated attempts.
